1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship across Bangladesh and Worldwide.

• Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
• International: 10-20 business days depending on destination

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We are open 24/7.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery - COD - Pay when your parcel arrives

• Nagad

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order with our courier partner.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or not delivered within the expected time, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Returns

Returns will be accepted at the following address:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged/incorrect
